Leading psychometric and people assessment specialists Thomas International are hosting a ‘FREE to attend’ people development summit in Glasgow on Tuesday 4th July 2017. Built around a framework of people, teams and cultures, this free people development summit will help you gain insight into the future of learning and development, enabling you to discover a range of innovative solutions you can easily and quickly embed into your organisation for maximum impact.
On the day, you will hear from Adrian Furnham, world-renowned psychologist and co-creator of the High Potential Trait indicator, Thomas’ latest assessment that can support your organisation in identifying, developing and managing future leaders. Prior to the summit, you will receive a complimentary HTPI for leadership to trial, where you will also receive full feedback on your report.
The High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) helps identify leadership potential by exploring a person’s personality traits and provides an insight into how suited they may be for a given job role or position, for example senior executive leadership.
The assessment is easy, but by completing the test, you’ll gain a comprehensive report into the individuals potential. By understanding someone’s personality and how this interacts with a particular function or role, you can work with them to develop their strengths and areas for improvement so they reach their full potential in work to which they are well suited.
Use HPTI for Leadership Potential to:
- Create and support leadership development plans
- Boost teamwork amongst leaders
- Inform succession planning
- Add certainty to graduate recruitment
- Boost employee engagement by creating strong leadership
- Retain future stars by developing them into senior roles
