LEADERS DINNER SPECIAL GUEST: Dr. Samantha Hiew, ADHD For Girls

Creating Empowered Workforces in a Neurodiverse World

Jane Sparrow, Founder of The Culture Builders is joined ‘on the sofa’ by Dr Samantha Hiew for a conversation about future leaders and leading in a neurodiverse world.

Known for “thinking like a scientist, but speaking like a human” Dr Samantha Hiew bridges the worlds of neurodiversity and the corporate workspace, ensuring that everyone plays to their strengths and shines. Humanising neuro-spread at work is just the beginning, embracing the superpowers that come with it and creating a culture change that will ensure we all thrive in the future.

They’ll deep dive into Sam’s journey and lessons learnt along the way, the importance of demystifying being neuro-spread in the corporate space and beyond, and explore the need for a cultural shift in belief, behaviours and process in organisations to create an empowered and adult environment. Sam and Jane will discuss the foundations that need to be put in place first, to ensure this new muscle is built well and open up about the tough conversations that will likely arise along the way. In this new phase of leadership, setting clear expectations and giving personal ownership and responsibility is vital. Expect an eye opening and honest chat, drawing on both of their knowledge and experiences, filled with real life stories guaranteed to inspire.
