Salary: £73,071 per annum

West College Scotland is modern, ambitious and innovative. Created on 1 August 2013 by the merger of Clydebank College, Reid Kerr College in Paisley and James Watt College in Greenock, the College has 30,000 students and 1,200 staff, making it one of the biggest educational institutions in the country.

This large scale allows them to provide greater choice to students, better facilities and enhanced services.

This is a rare opportunity to hold a key leadership role in the Senior Management Team in one of Scotland’s largest regional colleges.

As a member of the College Senior Management Team, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving effective strategic leadership in enabling the achievement of the college’s vision, ambitions and strategic priorities through the professional and proactive management of human resources.

You must be qualified to degree level or equivalent and Chartered MCIPD with strong, demonstrable personal and influencing skills. This role will require a driven and experienced senior level HR professional. You will be a strategic, creative thinker with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will be highly self-motivated, a true team player and inspirational role model to others.
